What each feature costs

Everything in Knecty is paid from the same wallet — weekly premium credit first, then your top-up balance. Here is what each thing costs.

Chat messages

The model provider’s actual cost for the message, plus a 25% platform fee. The picker shows a typical per-message cost for each model; the exact amount for each reply is in your wallet activity.

Custom instructions and memories

Your custom instructions and memories (Settings → Personalization) apply to every chat, including project and incognito chats. They’re sent with each message, so long ones add a little to each message’s cost.

Web search

1¢ per search, charged only when a search actually runs. See Web search.

Voice input

1¢ per MB of audio (minimum 1¢), charged when your recording is turned into text. See Voice input.

Images

Each image model has a flat price per image, shown before you generate. See Generate images.

Files and PDFs

Reading a document with your message is part of the message’s cost (the model reads more words). Making a large document searchable is a one-off charge of at most $0.04 per file, and you are asked before it happens. See Attach files and PDFs and Large documents.

Deep Research

1¢ per web search in the run, plus the writing model’s actual cost and the 25% fee. You see an estimate and confirm before anything is charged. See Deep Research mode.

Chat titles

If generated titles are on, the small cost of naming a chat is added to that chat’s first reply. See Chat titles.

Where to see it all

Settings → Wallet & usage lists every charge — each message, search, image, voice clip, research run, and file — next to every credit, such as your weekly premium, top-ups, and refunds.
