Refunds

Here is when money comes back to you, and how.

Automatic refunds

• Failed replies. If a reply fails because of an error, the amount set aside for it goes straight back to your wallet.
• Stopped replies. If you press Stop, you pay only for what was written; the rest goes back.
• Deep Research. If the model can’t write the report, the report’s part of the cost is refunded.

You’ll see these as refund lines in Settings → Wallet & usage.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the period ends — so in most cases you don’t need a refund at all. A trial cancelled before it converts is never charged beyond the $1.00 trial fee. See Cancel your subscription.

EU and UK: 14-day withdrawal

If you’re in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your trial or plan within 14 days of starting it and get your money back. See Withdraw from your plan (EU/UK).

Charged in error?

If you believe a payment was taken by mistake, contact support with the date and amount (you’ll find both in Settings → Plan & billing → Billing history). We’ll look into it.
