  • Refunds

    Failed replies are refunded automatically. EU and UK customers can withdraw within 14 days. If you think you were charged in error, contact support.

  • Withdraw from your plan (EU/UK)

    In the EU and UK you can withdraw within 14 days of starting your trial or first plan. Withdrawing ends access now and refunds you — in full, or for the unused days if you agreed to immediate access.

  • Why is my account paused?

    An account is paused while a refund claim is reviewed, after a refund is approved, or while a payment dispute with your bank is open. Here is what each means and how to continue.
