How much does Knecty cost?
Knecty is $1.00 for 7 days, then $29.99 per month. You can save with Quarterly, 6 Months, or Annual ($179.88 per year, 50% off). Every plan includes $10 of premium credit each week. Some visitors get a small weekly allowance of free credits to try Knecty; the app shows your amount. Credits expire weekly and do not roll over. The price you see is the price you pay, in the same currency we charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks in Settings → Plan & billing; we ask once if you’d like to keep your plan; access continues until your period ends. Cancelling stops future charges — you are never charged again.
How does the trial and the first charge work?
You start with the $1.00 trial for 7 days. It converts to the Monthly plan ($29.99) after 7 days unless you cancel or choose another plan. Your trial receipt states the exact date and amount of that first charge, and we email you before every renewal after it, so nothing is a surprise.
Which AI model answers my message?
You choose the model in the picker, or leave it on Auto and Knecty picks one for you. Every reply is labeled with the model that actually answered — never swapped in silence. If a reply had to come from a different model, the reply says so.
How is usage billed?
You pay what the model provider charges for each message, plus a 25% platform fee — the same rate for everyone. Your plan's weekly premium credit is used first, then any top-up balance. The picker shows each model's typical cost per message, and your wallet lists what every reply actually cost.
