Why didn't my message send?
If Knecty doesn’t send a message, it always tells you why. These are the common reasons.
“Your balance can’t cover this message”
Neither your weekly premium credit nor your top-up balance can pay for this message, even on the fast model. Either:
- Top up in Settings → Wallet & usage, or
- wait for your next weekly credit (the reset time is on the wallet page).
“You’re out of premium for now — continuing on…”
This isn’t an error: the week’s premium credit is used up, so the reply came from the fast model (Mistral Small). Top up to use premium models again before your week resets.
“Your trial’s premium allowance is used up”
The $1.50 trial credit is spent, so premium requests go to the fast model, paid from your top-up balance if you have one. Start your plan early to get your weekly $10 now — see Start your $1.00 trial.
The reply stopped part-way
If your balance runs out while a reply is being written, the reply stops there. You keep what was written and pay only for that part.
The Send button is disabled and there’s a banner about your account
Your account is paused — while a refund claim is reviewed, after a refund, or during a payment dispute. See Why is my account paused?.
Something else
If a reply fails because of an error, you aren’t charged for it. If it keeps happening, contact support and tell us the model you picked and roughly when it happened.
