When your weekly credit resets

Premium credit is released in weekly slices so a busy day can’t use up a whole month at once.

How much, and when

• Every paid plan releases $10 of premium credit each week, up to $40 per billing month — the same on Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Months, and Annual plans.
• Your week is your own, not a fixed weekday. A week runs for 7 days from the moment its credit was released. The next $10 is released the first time you chat or open your wallet after that.
• The exact reset time is shown in Settings → Wallet & usage, and in the banner when you’re running low (“resets Tue 4:10 AM”, for example).

Unused credit expires

Weekly premium credit expires at the end of its week and does not roll over. Top-up balance is separate and doesn’t expire weekly.

The end of a billing month

A billing month releases at most four weekly amounts ($40). In a 30- or 31-day month, that can leave the last two or three days before your renewal without a new weekly amount. Your credit starts again when the plan renews. If you need more in the meantime, a top-up covers it.

During the trial

The trial has a single $1.50 premium grant that doesn’t refresh weekly. Your first weekly $10 arrives when your paid plan starts.
