Sign-in options: code, Google, or password

There are three ways to sign in. They all lead to the same account as long as the email is the same.

Email code (the default)

Type your email and choose Continue. When we need to confirm it’s you, we email a 6-digit code that is valid for 10 minutes — enter it and choose Verify and continue. No password to remember. If you’re on the password form, choose Email me a code instead.

Continue with Google

Choose Continue with Google and pick your Google account. If its email matches an existing Knecty account, you’re signed in to that account.

Password

If you’ve added a password (Settings → Account → Set a password), choose Sign in with your password on the sign-in page. See Set or change your password.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in on a device until you sign out. You can see every device that’s signed in, and sign any of them out, in Settings → Account.

Changing your email address

The email on an account can’t be changed from Settings yet. If you need to move to a different address, contact support.
