Invoices and receipts

You can find every payment you’ve made, with its invoice, in Settings → Plan & billing.

Billing history

The Billing history list shows each payment. Choose Receipt on a row to open its invoice, or Export CSV to download the whole list.

Tax invoices

The Tax invoices list has one entry for every trial fee, plan payment, and top-up. Choose View to open it. Invoices are web pages: use Print to print one, or save it as a PDF from your browser’s print dialog. If a payment is refunded, a credit note is issued for it.

  • Accounts in India get a Tax invoice with GST shown.
  • Everyone else gets an Invoice.

Invoice details

Under Invoice details you can set:

  • Name on invoices — for example your name or your company’s name. Left blank, invoices say “Knecty user”.
  • Billing country.
  • State (for GST) — for accounts in India.

Changes apply to the invoices shown there.
