Export your data

You can download a copy of your data at any time.

How to export

1. Go to Settings → Account → Export your data. (The Export your data card in Settings → Privacy links there too.)
2. Confirm it’s you — with your password, or with a 6-digit code we email you.
3. Choose Prepare export. It usually takes under a minute.
4. Choose Download JSON.

What’s included

One JSON file with your conversations and messages, projects, uploaded files’ details, memories, and settings, plus your subscription, payments, wallet, usage, and privacy choices.

Good to know

• The download link works for 7 days. After that, prepare a new export.
• Only one export is prepared at a time; asking again shortly afterwards gives you the same one.
• Your recent exports are listed on the same card.

If your account is paused, you can still export your data.
