Change your plan

You can switch plans whenever you like.

How to switch

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & billing and choose Change plan.
  2. Pick the plan you want. The page shows exactly what happens: “No charge today.”, the date your new plan starts, and what you’ll be billed from then.
  3. Confirm. Settings then shows “Switches to [plan] on [date]. No charge until then.”

When it takes effect

  • Plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then, and the new price is charged at that renewal.
  • Nothing is pro-rated and nothing is charged today.
  • Your weekly premium credit stays at $10 a week on every plan.

During the trial

Choosing a plan during the trial asks “When should it start?” — Now (pay today; the trial ends and unused trial credit is kept) or At trial end (no charge today). See Start your $1.00 trial.

If a cancellation is scheduled

You can’t change plans while your subscription is set to cancel. Choose Resume plan first, then change plans.
