What you can attach

You choose what gets read
- Pick the pages (or spreadsheet sheets) the model should read.
- Scanned PDFs with no text can be sent as page images to a model that can see images.
- Too long for the model? Read an even sample of pages, or have every page read in parts by a lower-cost model before your model answers.
- The document stays attached to the chat, so follow-up questions can use it.
What it costs
- The pages you send count as input to the reply, charged at the model’s token price plus the 25% platform fee. The composer estimate includes them.
- Finding the most relevant pages in a long document needs a one-time index of the file. It costs at most $0.04 per file, and Knecty asks before indexing.
- Reading every page in parts is charged at the lower-cost model’s actual usage.
